1. Subscription Refunds
- Subscriptions for premium business listings and lead generation services are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
- In case of technical issues preventing the service delivery, refunds may be processed after an investigation.
2. Incorrect Billing
- If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and rectify the issue.
3. Cancellations
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but cancellation will only prevent future charges. No refunds will be given for partial months.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, using the original payment method.
